I feel your pain. I was a NWA flyer for years. After being stranded in Atlanta for the second time in less than a year. I have had enough with Delta as well. Both issues Delta blamed on someone else rather than their own staff. Trying to board a 757 with no computer at a gate that isn’t even own by Delta is about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Since that day I have flown American and United. Contemplating dumping Delta for good and switching to American. Only I liked having 5-6 airports as options for travel. I’m not a fan of DFW and ORD, but maybe I could be swayed.
